Norm Tyrrell has been a member of the Association since 1997. Norm became the President of the Association since (14 August 2022) and is keen to continue the Association's aim & objectives for the future generations. Norm has a huge amount of knowledge of Australian Military history and the collection of Australian Military items. Norm lives in Sydney, is married with 3 children and has a Military background serving in the Australian Army for just over 20 years and enjoys Australian Military History and the collection of Australian Military memorabilia. 

Aligning with the Association's aims & objectives, Dan has a great passion in preserving and sharing the rich military history of Australia through his business Australian Military History. As an active member of the Australian military collectors community, AMCA was lucky to have Dan join the board as treasurer at the 2024 AGM. Dan has a goal to not only expand his own knowledge and collection, but also to educate others about the significance of these historical artifacts and to continue sharing this information to future generations.

Aaron brings a strong technical background to the Association, having built a career in aviation engineering, logistics, and machine operation. Based in Sydney, he is a dedicated part of the community and has held his firearms license since 2011. Aaron stepped into the roles of Club Secretary and Web Designer to help modernize the Association's digital presence and support its ongoing operations. He also proudly serves the wider community as an appointed Justice of the Peace for New South Wales.
